Sebacco AB aims to offer flexible and hassle-free accommodation for companies throughout Sweden, the Nordic region and the rest of Europe. We offer both long-term and short-term accommodation, furnished or unfurnished, large and small projects.
Whatever your needs, we strive to meet them as quickly and efficiently as possible. Our top priority is to ensure that your needs are met and we are there to find the perfect solution to suit your needs.
We are with you all the way, from first contact until you move out. If problems arise or your needs change during the rental period, we are here to help you.
Here's how it works:

Contact us with your needs. Location, number of people, timeframe, budget and if you have any specific requirements.
Our accommodations are usually fully furnished and everything is included in the rent, such as electricity, heating, water, wifi, garbage disposal, parking.

We will find suitable accommodation for your company that meets your exact requirements.
We discuss the accommodation so that it meets your requirements. Is there anything you want to add or change? When you are satisfied, we go ahead and write a contract. We use digital contracts through Oneflow.

We ensure that the accommodation is in order and that it meets your wishes. We are with you throughout the rental period and ensure that the accommodation meets your requirements.
If something doesn't work during your stay, or if your needs change, we are here to arrange this.
